We will not accept refunds.

Our products are manufactured in small quantities and hand packaged to guarantee the highest quality is maintained; hence we do not accept returns. Our products have been described as accurately as possible. Please make sure that you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the no refund policy into account before buying.

 

We want you to be delighted with your Atlas Haircare by Porsha purchase. If you are not, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support center via email (info@atlashaircare.com) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will do our absolute best to make it right. For products purchased from outside retailers, make sure to have proof of purchase before contacting us. When you are happy, we are happy! That’s our promise to you!
